43. Put bubble wrap on your windows in winter
Old or cheap windows will most likely bleed heat and make the electricity bill go up. Bubble wrap can come handy in this case. Wet the window with water and stick the bubble wrap on it.
It will work as extra insulation and keep the heat in the house. It does not look great, but do the trick.
